Dear OAHPERD Community,

As a proud member of OAHPERD for over 25 years, I am deeply honored to serve as your President. Throughout my years on the board and council in various roles, I’ve witnessed firsthand the strength of our organization and the dedication of professionals who champion health, physical education, recreation, and dance across Oklahoma.

This year, our strategic goals focus on fostering professional growth through diverse and accessible learning opportunities, strengthening community ties, and advocating for health and physical literacy. We also aim to promote collaboration among diverse groups to ensure equitable representation within OAHPERD, while expanding our impact through membership growth, sponsorship, and sustained organizational continuity.

Together, we will continue to advance our shared mission and inspire healthier, more active communities across our state.
